At CES 2012, Nokia and AT&T unveiled its next windows phone Lumia 900 which is a thin, powerful and LTE-enabled Phone for the U.S. market.
This device has been developed on the powerful design of the Lumia 800 and will provide some great new features. It is Nokia’s first LTE smartphone and is developed exclusively for AT&T.
Users that liked the Lumia 800′s great design but desired a front-facing camera along with bigger touch screen, then this handset is definitely is for you.
Nokia Lumia 900 has a 4.3 inches touch screen with a AMOLED ClearBlack display at resolution 800×480. The screen on the Lumia 800 was one of the nicest we have seen, next to the Retina Display on the iPhone 4/4S, so we can expect this to pop with the blacks and the colors.
In addition to the 8-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss lens, the Lumia 900 also has a front-facing camera for self-portraits and video chat.
Users who stay in the area covered by AT&T’s LTE network can experience true 4G speeds. If you stay outside that area, it falls back on the still speeds HSPA+.
Nokia have not disclosed the Price and launch date but we expect lumia 900 hitting AT&T stores soon.
I like the durability of Nokia.
Hey a new Nokia Windows phone! Well I guess Apple and Google should just admit defeat now and give up
Gr8 launch by Nokia. iPhone & samsung android SmartPhones will face tough competition from Lumia 900.
It’s good to have 3 really good smart phones on the market, although now that I’ve converted everything to mac thanks to the iPhone, I don’t think I’ll go back. The digital world is just too seamless for me now to revert.
